Join the DP Alumni Ambassador Network
The DP is calling all Alumni to participate in the newly launched Alumni Ambassador Program! The goals of the program include better connecting our most involved alumni with current student staff and uniting past board years in order to sustain the DP’s long-term future.
The main responsibilities of the role include sending a monthly newsletter (from a provided template) to your fellow graduating class DP members, attending two Alumni Ambassador virtual meetings each year, and spreading the word about the efforts of the DP and DP Foundation. The time commitment is minimal, but your impact would be immeasurable in protecting the DP’s future and ensuring generations of Penn students to come can have the same life-changing experience that we did.
We are also looking to build a deep roster of alumni who, through their experience and skills, can provide support for the students at our editorial publications and programs when needed. By volunteering, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with current students, network with fellow alumni, and make a meaningful impact on the development of aspiring journalists at The Daily Pennsylvanian.
